サンディエゴ金光教・San Diego Konkōkyō
Konkōkyō in San Diego began with the Miyai ʻOhana (Family). As a way of showing their appreciation to the late Reverends Masanori and Aiko Ōba, Dr. Katsumi and Mrs. Chiyoko Miyai began sharing the teachings of Konkō Daijin from their home. Now there are three Konkōkyō places of worship in San Diego: Konkōkyō Gathering of North San Diego County, Kyōha Shintō - Konkō Church of San Diego, and the Konkōkyō Chula Vista Kōsha (a branch of the Konkō Church of San Diego).
